Oh wow, busy life. Busy time. Managing in another set of AvX one sentence reviews though! Like usual, let me know if I’ve missed a comic and while I try to avoid them in these, there could be spoilers!
Avengers vs. X-Men Round 7
“Avengers Scramble” battle cry, a look at how both sides run, and some good scenes also mixed with some odd betrayal (or leading up to betrayal) makes this round quite entertaining. – 4.0
Avengers vs. X-Men Round 8
“Avengers Assemble” is back in this one that is filled mostly with a Avengers vs. Namor fight that takes most of the issue up – which is good, and the issue ends on some interesting points, but didn’t quite get me like Round 7. – 3.5
Wolverine and the X-Men #13
A focus on Warbird that is rather interesting look at her life and that of the Shi’ar. – 3.5
Uncanny X-Men #16
A giant fight is about all that can be said here, though there are a few surprises for the Five that pop out to keep it from being stale, but its still nothing grand. – 3.5
The New Avengers #28
Its an interesting issue that branches well away from the focus of the previous few issues, but nothing really happens here at the same time – 3.0
Uncanny X-Men #15
A good bit with Colossus, but otherwise all this issue does is waste time in bringing the Five to Sinister. – 3.0
Avengers Vs. X-Men 4 of 6
The first fight is reather entertaining, but the second didn’t come off as nicely so I’ll just give this a middle road score. – 3.0
Avengers Academy #33
Mainly a fight of Emma vs. the Academy focusing on Juston’s whining over his “pet” Sentinel and as so far all he’s done is annoy me, well this gets my worst Academy grade by far. – 2.5
